EVALUATION GRADE DEFNITIONS

INSTANT IMPACT PLAYER

The player is elite or displays a high upside potential combined with any of the following traits. Produced at a high level in college when facing top competition, exhibited above average/elite skill set in college, displayed above average/elite athletic ability at NFL combine.

POTENTIAL UPSIDE

The player performed at a high level in college combined with any of the following traits. Produced at an above-average/elite level against average competition, but lacked consistency when facing above average/elite competition. Exhibits high upside skills, and needs an additional season or two of development.

DEVELOPMENTAL

The player either performed at an average/below average rate in college, but has the elite level size and athleticism needed for his position. The player was underdeveloped at the high school or college level and needs more development, or the player lacks the work ethic required to play at a high level.
