PLAYSTYLE AND SCHEME FIT
Dell's speed and route-running ability make him a great fit in a vertical passing attack, where he can stretch the field and create big plays. He could also be effective in a West Coast offense, where his quickness and ability to gain yards after the catch could be utilized. His versatility and willingness to block could make him a valuable asset in any scheme.

FINAL REPORT
Dell's biggest strength is his speed and quickness. He is a great route-runner who can create separation from defenders with ease. He has excellent acceleration and can get up to top speed quickly. He is versatile and can line up both inside and outside. He is also a willing and effective blocker in the run game. One of his strengths is getting a fast release off the line of scrimmage, which can help him as a smaller receiver against press coverage. He had issues with drops in the past and will need to work on that aspect of his game to ascend to an NFL starter level.
