College Football's Top True Efficiency Passers of 2018: Oklahoma's Kyler Murray Leads the Way.

Total Passing Yards measured v top 25 opponents.

True Efficiency is a measure that uses total offensive yards and total points scored to identify efficiency rate. For example; a player has 100 yards and two TD's (12 total points). The players True Efficiency rate is 8.33, or 1 point scored every 8.33 yards.

Att/Int Ratio is an efficiency measure that divides the total number of passes attempted against the total number of interceptions surrendered by the QB.
