College Football's Top True Efficiency WR's of 2018: West Virginia's David Sills is Number One.


True Efficiency is a measure that uses total offensive yards and total points scored to identify efficiency rate. For example; a player has 100 yards and two TD's (12 total points). The players True Efficiency rate is 8.33, or 1 point scored every 8.33 yards.
