Let’s examine the top 12-14 backs off the board in terms of ADP value
Potential Breakout RB's
Joe Mixon (CIN) (7th in total volume per game) improved from 3.4 yds per carrying to 5.0 yds per att from year one to year two. Finished 9th in PPR. Potential to get Mixon in round two or the backend of round one.
Dalvin Cook (Min) (19th in total volume per game) ADP a year ago was 2.04, this year he remains the same at 2.06. No backs on the Vikings roster are going to compete with him for carries.
Derrick Henry (TEN) (25th in total volume) first 12 games of 2018 Henry was the 39th ranked back in fantasy, he was the top fantasy RB the final three games of 2018.

Josh Jacobs (OAK) ADP ADP 3.08
Mid to late round potential
David Montgomery (CHI) ADP 5.07
Miles Sanders (PHI) ADP is 6.14 with Jordon Howard on the roster Sanders will likely be the 3rd down back but don’t be surprised if he jumps ahead of Howard by the beginning of the 2019 season.
Players who could slide
Damien Williams (KC) ADP is 2.07 and is competing with Carlos Hyde.
Sony Michel (NE) ADP is 3.08, and the Patriots drafted Damien Harris. Michel had a knee scope in the offseason, which indicates he may continue to have an issue with his knee.

Donta Foreman (HOU) ADP 8.12 (Lamar Miller Cuff)
Austin Ekeler (LAC) ADP 8.08 or Justin Jackson (Melvin Gordon Cuff) you should also keep in mind that when Gordon got hurt in 2018, Jackson became the early-down back.
