Football Scout 365, operated through FootballScout365.com (“Football Scout 365,” “FootballScout365.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides football scouting, NFL Draft analysis, prospect rankings, scouting reports, football commentary, fantasy football analysis, tools, media content, and related informational resources through FootballScout365.com and associated digital platforms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FootballScout365.com, including all articles, reports, rankings, grades, projections, tools, graphics, videos, embedded content, downloadable materials, forms, advertisements, and related website features collectively referred to as the “Site.”

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Site.

1. Privacy Policy

Football Scout 365 content reflects analysis, opinion, interpretation, projection, and commentary. It should not be treated as a guarantee, professional instruction, official team evaluation, certified scouting recommendation, employment advice, financial advice, betting advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Public Content vs. Professional Services

FootballScout365.com provides public, informational content intended for broad audiences.

Public website content does not constitute individualized scouting services, professional consulting services, recruiting services, player representation, agent services, draft advisory services, roster consulting, or individualized career guidance.

Football Scout 365 may, on a case-by-case basis, provide private scouting reports, evaluations, analytics support, content services, consulting services, or business solutions to individual athletes, agents, professional football teams, college football programs, athletic departments, media organizations, or other entities.

Any such professional services are provided only pursuant to a separate written agreement and are governed exclusively by the terms of that agreement.

Nothing contained on the public Site shall be interpreted as offering, guaranteeing, or substituting for private professional scouting services, player representation, recruiting guidance, legal advice, eligibility advice, draft advisory services, or individualized career planning.

5. No Professional Relationship Created

Your use of the Site does not create a professional, fiduciary, consulting, scouting, advisory, agency, employment, representative, or client relationship between you and Football Scout 365.

A professional relationship with Football Scout 365 exists only if there is a separate written agreement signed or otherwise formally accepted by Football Scout 365.

Viewing, reading, sharing, citing, submitting, or relying on public Site content does not create any duty by Football Scout 365 to provide individualized advice, scouting services, updates, corrections, responses, reports, or professional support.

6. Draft Decision and Reliance Disclaimer

NFL Draft prospects, college athletes, agents, advisors, families, coaches, teams, media members, fantasy football users, or other parties may reference Football Scout 365 content as part of a broader evaluation process.

However, all analysis, grades, rankings, mock drafts, projections, player comparisons, scouting summaries, and opinions published by Football Scout 365 represent only one component of a larger body of information.

Users are expressly advised not to rely solely on Football Scout 365 content when making decisions regarding draft declaration, eligibility, transfer decisions, school choice, agency representation, roster status, fantasy football decisions, NIL opportunities, training decisions, professional opportunities, or career planning.

All advice, analysis, commentary, or projection provided by Football Scout 365 is intended to supplement—not replace—other evaluations, data sources, professional judgment, independent research, and qualified advisors.

7. Fantasy Football, Betting, and Financial Disclaimer

Football Scout 365 may publish fantasy football rankings, dynasty rankings, player values, projections, start/sit analysis, draft strategy, or related football content.

Such content is provided for informational, editorial, and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, betting advice, or a guarantee of fantasy football performance.

Football Scout 365 does not guarantee lineup results, contest outcomes, betting outcomes, player production, injury outcomes, trade value, league results, or financial returns.

Users are solely responsible for their own fantasy football, gaming, betting, financial, and entertainment decisions.

8. Third-Party Reports and Media Use

Football Scout 365 may provide scouting reports, analysis, data summaries, player evaluations, media commentary, or related materials to third parties, including media outlets, agents, professional organizations, athletic departments, football programs, or business partners.

Such materials are provided for informational, editorial, analytical, or business purposes only and do not constitute endorsements, guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding player outcomes.

Any redistribution, publication, citation, excerpting, summary, or use of such materials by third parties does not expand, modify, or create additional obligations or liabilities for Football Scout 365 beyond the scope of the applicable written agreement governing that service.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Football Scout 365 is not responsible for how third parties interpret, edit, display, summarize, quote, rely on, or distribute Football Scout 365 materials.

9. User Submissions

Football Scout 365 welcomes constructive feedback, inquiries, suggestions, communications, and other submitted materials.

If you submit or send any content to FootballScout365.com, including text, comments, ideas, suggestions, scouting-related notes, questions, feedback, business proposals, files, messages, or other materials (“Submissions”), you grant Football Scout 365 a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, adapt, excerpt, and create derivative works from such Submissions in any media and for any lawful purpose.

All Submissions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, except that personal information submitted through forms, email, newsletter signups, service inquiries, or other communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Football Scout 365 is under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of ideas, suggestions, scouting opinions, business concepts, content ideas, player notes, or other non-personal content submitted to us.

Football Scout 365 is not required to provide compensation, attribution, acknowledgment, publication, response, or return of any Submission.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the right to submit the materials you provide.
Your Submission does not violate the rights of any third party.
Your Submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, infringing, misleading, malicious, or harmful content.
Your Submission does not contain malware, spyware, tracking code, or other harmful technology.

Football Scout 365 may remove, disregard, delete, archive, or use Submissions at its discretion, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

10. Restrictions on Use

All content on FootballScout365.com, including text, articles, scouting reports, rankings, grades, mock drafts, player evaluations, graphics, logos, images, videos, data displays, tools, page design, formatting, and site structure, is owned by Football Scout 365 or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You may not, without prior written consent from Football Scout 365:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, transmit, or commercially exploit Site content.
Scrape, crawl, harvest, data-mine, or extract content, rankings, reports, player grades, tools, or datasets.
Use automated bots, scripts, spiders, crawlers, or similar tools to access or copy the Site.
Use Site content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build artificial intelligence models, datasets, databases, ranking systems, scouting products, or competing services.
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, branding, attribution, or proprietary notices.
Misrepresent Football Scout 365 content as your own.
Use Site content in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.
Reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise Site functionality.
Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, database, server, or non-public area of the Site.
Use the Site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purposes.

Limited portions of text content may be quoted or shared for personal, non-commercial, editorial, or commentary purposes, provided that the use is fair, limited, properly attributed, and includes a visible reference to Football Scout 365.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, no license or right is granted to use Football Scout 365 intellectual property.

11. Limited Personal Use Permission

12. Copyright and Trademarks

FootballScout365.com, Football Scout 365, Football Scout 365 branding, logos, graphics, names, designs, and related marks are trademarks, trade names, or proprietary assets of Football Scout 365.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

All other trademarks, logos, names, player names, team names, league names, school names, conference names, or service marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, reporting, analysis, or editorial purposes only.

Football Scout 365 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National Football League, NFL teams, NCAA, college football programs, conferences, player associations, fantasy platforms, or other third-party organizations unless expressly stated.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, articles, videos, social media pages, tools, products, advertisements, or services.

These links are provided for reference, editorial, informational, convenience, or promotional purposes only.

Football Scout 365 does not control, endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

14. Third-Party Platforms and Social Media Content

Football Scout 365 publishes and distributes original football scouting, NFL Draft, fantasy football, and football analysis across third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, X, social media platforms, podcast platforms, video platforms, newsletter tools, and other digital services.

Content published on these platforms may include excerpts, summaries, short-form analysis, video clips, thumbnails, captions, polls, rankings, commentary, or promotional material designed to direct users to FootballScout365.com or related Football Scout 365 content.

All content published on third-party platforms is subject to the terms, policies, moderation practices, visibility rules, algorithmic systems, monetization rules, and availability of those platforms.

Football Scout 365 does not control, operate, or assume responsibility for third-party platforms, including the accuracy, visibility, moderation, removal, suppression, ranking, demonetization, or continued availability of content hosted on those platforms.

Analysis or commentary presented on third-party platforms may be abbreviated, condensed, edited, reformatted, or contextualized differently than full scouting reports or articles published on FootballScout365.com.

Users should not rely solely on third-party platform content when evaluating players, draft decisions, fantasy decisions, professional outcomes, or career decisions.

References, excerpts, links, embeds, or media directing users from third-party platforms to FootballScout365.com are provided for informational and promotional purposes only and do not create additional obligations, warranties, guarantees, or professional duties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

15. Embedded Media, Tools, and Data Displays

The Site may include embedded videos, social media posts, interactive tools, rankings tables, draft boards, dashboards, Google Sheets-based data displays, third-party widgets, or other interactive features.

These features may depend on third-party platforms, public data sources, scripts, APIs, embeds, hosting providers, browser settings, cookies, consent choices, or internet connection quality.

Football Scout 365 does not guarantee that embedded media, tools, tables, dashboards, rankings, filters, charts, data feeds, videos, or interactive features will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, compatible, or permanently available.

Data tools and dashboards are provided for informational and editorial purposes only. They may contain delays, errors, omissions, formatting issues, projection changes, source-data issues, or technical limitations.

Football Scout 365 reserves the right to modify, remove, replace, update, restrict, or discontinue any embedded feature, tool, table, dashboard, video, report, or data display at any time.

Football Scout 365 does not store payment card information on its own servers unless expressly stated. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

20. Accuracy, Updates, and Editorial Judgment

Football Scout 365 makes reasonable efforts to provide timely, accurate, and useful football analysis. However, football evaluation is inherently subjective and may change based on new film, updated data, injuries, team needs, athletic testing, player development, scheme changes, transfers, coaching changes, depth charts, off-field information, or additional context.

Football Scout 365 does not guarantee that any content is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Scouting reports, rankings, mock drafts, grades, projections, fantasy rankings, player comparisons, and commentary reflect opinion, analysis, and editorial judgment at the time of publication.

Football Scout 365 may update, revise, remove, correct, or leave unchanged any content at its discretion. We are not obligated to update any report, ranking, article, video, tool, projection, or analysis after publication.

21. No Warranties

All content, tools, reports, rankings, graphics, videos, data displays, embedded content, services, and Site features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Scout 365 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Football Scout 365 does not warrant that:

The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Content will always be accurate, complete, or current.
Technical issues will be corrected immediately.

Third-party integrations will remain available.
Rankings, grades, projections, or evaluations will match future outcomes.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Scout 365 and its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to:

Your use of or inability to use the Site.
Reliance on any content, ranking, scouting report, grade, projection, mock draft, opinion, tool, data display, or commentary.
Draft, transfer, eligibility, representation, fantasy football, betting, business, roster, recruiting, or career decisions.
Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, delays, or outdated information.
Site interruptions, technical issues, security issues, or data loss.
Third-party websites, advertisements, tools, platforms, or services.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of data.
Any other matter relating to the Site or its content.

This limitation applies even if Football Scout 365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or its content is to stop using the Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

23. Indemnification

26. Termination or Restriction of Access

Football Scout 365 may restrict, suspend, block, or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason permitted by law, including suspected violation of these Terms, misuse of Site content, scraping, unauthorized commercial use, security concerns, abusive conduct, infringement, or conduct that may harm Football Scout 365, users, service providers, or third parties.

Football Scout 365 is not obligated to provide prior notice before restricting access.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and user-submission provisions.

27. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, Site content, or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Ohio.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that may not be waived under applicable law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

29. No Waiver

The failure of Football Scout 365 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed or otherwise formally accepted by Football Scout 365 to be effective.

30. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Football Scout 365.

Football Scout 365 may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, business transfer, change in ownership, or by operation of law.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written agreements or policies expressly referenced by Football Scout 365, constitute the entire agreement between you and Football Scout 365 regarding your use of the Site.

These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, statements, or agreements relating to your use of the Site, except for separate written agreements governing professional services, paid products, consulting services, private scouting work, media services, or business relationships.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with Football Scout 365, that agreement controls only with respect to the specific services, deliverables, payment terms, rights, or obligations covered by that agreement.
